Quoting *Lindsey*:" using it now. Maybe my next trip to the store ill try the medela stuff. But I'll finish the lansinoh first. Can't be wasting"

I bet Medela is made of Lanolin too though (it's a Vaseline type gel that's made from sheep's wool). I googled and didn't find much about it... I'll use it for this baby too if I need it. Just that TINY bit can't hurt. Lord, the baby lotions and shampoos and what not probably do more than that tiny bit. *shrugs*

But yeah, I bought a tube too and that shit ain't cheap, better believe I'm using it (already threw the box away so i can't take it back).

Mine is Medela brand and it's Lanolin, too.

I so wish that George felt like a tickle. I know he has a good latch but he honestly feels like he is going to rip off my nipples when latches on. My hubby helps out by making sure George's bottom lip is fished out like it is suppose to.

Yeah the medela stuff does have it in it. Not sure what I was thinking just cause it had a different name lol. I'm sure if they are still selling it and ppl all over the world use it, it's perfectly fine

Haha right? Who ever said that didn't go the whole way through and get this pain. Thank goodness I've only had to have it for about a week-a week in a half and just the last few days has it gotten to the point where I'm done and I can't take it anymore. Oh the joys of being pregnant and creating life haha

Well by asking him to strip your membranes you're not fighting him. You're giving him what he wants (induction wise) but with something that you're comfortable with. I think it's a good plan and I hope that he listens to you on it!

Lindsey: Yeah I've never even heard of it and like I said, when I googled, I didn't get much. Though if Mega doesn't feel comfortable using it, that's her choice, it's all good. :) Some people aren't comfortable using traditional baby lotions/washes either and it's just parental choice.

I haven't yet, but when I fed DD my let down made me feel like my skin was crawling and itchy and my word the pain from let down x-x. Not looking forward to that. Hoping it's different this time.

Good morning ladies! Well today could possibly be my last day pregnant :)

I had my c-section scheduled for Wednesday but they called and changed it to tomorrow....well I have everything set for Wednesday for my oldest and I can't change it. I have an AFI and NST today so I'm gonna talk to them when I go in because when I called back the lady told me that the Dr wants to get to Prescott Valley(where the hospital is now) earlier so it was her decision. Well I'm sorry but I have plans that I have to have kept for my oldest and I was her first appointment on Wednesday so I think the lady got me confused. But he could come today. I haven't felt much to no movement since Saturday. I laid down yesterday on my left side, got my 5 movements in my hr but barely and they were tiny. I'm just freaking out over here.........

Yes mine too! i scratch them while im feeding and then they are all red after and my chest area. I have to start feeding only a couple mins at a time or else he drinks way to much to fast and gets air or something thats causing him to get gassy and then he pukes it all up. Either that or pump off a couple oz's before i feed. But i dont have time for that when hes hungry and hungry now LOL

You could try hand expressing a little before he latches. If you pump it'd just keep your supply up anyway and continue the problem. It should regulate itself soon.

Had to take Aaron back for another follow up today. His bilirubin levels are down to 15, so as long as we keep the curtains open he should be good. No more blood draws!

He has lost more weight (down to 9lbs, 15oz) and I told the pediatrician we were still having trouble staying latched. I had barely opened my mouth to ask her to look at his tongue before she did it herself and confirmed what I thought - he has an anterior tongue tie. They set him up an appointment with the ENT for Wednesday to get it clipped. I'm super nervous about it, but hopefully it'll make things easier on him.
