From ordering from JCP online.



SO all of my stuff shipped out on the 27th it says...
I still have no received the pants part of my son's outfit.. I got the rest last week.
I call and also checked online and it says they have delivery confirmation for the pants. WELL WHERE THE f**k ARE THEY?!
These people are ruining my f**king happiness. I just wanted all of the shit so I can take Christmas Card pictures!! uuuuggghhhh
These pants better show up or I will cut someone...

I felt that way last weekend.. All of our clothes came except DH's shirt from Hollister. Our picture appointment was on Sunday. So Saturday i rescheduled. His shirt came on Monday.



We finally got to take the pictures yesterday.

I'm still waiting on my jcp order from black Friday as well. We got dd some
Uniforms and she's bein all pusy that she wants pants for school. It said it ships in 4-7 days and 7-10 days for the other company they carry. Well I got the sweater from the longer shipping place. Seriously? Wtf?

I ordered on Black Friday too.

Call and talk to customer service. They are REALLY good at trying to make their customers happy.



Once, I ordered an outside bench and table for my LO. It was only around $20. The ordered had to be canceled because they weren't in stock anymore. They refunded my money AND sent me a $50 gift card to jcpenny

I did and they said that I should have gotten it because it has delivery confirmation.
