STILL haven't heard from the drsess people. Gone in to ask, nothing. Called up and asked, nothing.

The dress was supposed to be here over two months ago.

f**k this shit. I am most likely not going to see this dress before Christmas. Chances are it won't fit anyway cos I'm a fat sack of crap, and any alterations that need to be done won't get done cos after Christmas is New Years then the wedding not long after and it just won't happen. And it can't happen if there isn't even a dress to alter.

End pointless vent.

My heart sank a bit when I saw the topic subject.. That sucks hun! Isn't there some consumer buerau (can't spell for shit) that you can contact to help you out? Or the facebook page if they're a franchise, they don't like bad publicity on their FB, that's how everyone got Jetstar to sort their shit out.
Btw.. you def DON'T look fat. Hopefully they get their shit sorted and you get your dress ASAP, and it'll look fantastic on you :D

there has to be something they can do.. replace it or SOMETHING. Demand a refund, it's their f**k up, not yours. Your weddings in Feb right? is there even going to be enough time to get the alterations done if it comes in the next week or so? Half the places will be closed due to the holidays, and then there are the ones closed because of the earthquakes, and it takes awhile to alter wedding dresses too doesn't it? That's not on, I'd be camping out outside their store until I got my dress, money back or a suitable replacement.

Good idea. That's no way to run a business, I'd be spewing if I was in your position. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, and it the meantime, keep smiling :) It's better to laugh than to cry, even when things are turning to shit. x
