Quoting XavierRose:" I was going to ask how your building made out. My parents just got back into theirs on Thanksgiving"

Pretty much destroyed :( Still not livable. Finally moved the last of my things out today. It's so sad. I'm glad that your parents are back in theirs!

Quoting empire state of mind:" It's not going to be coming out of my spending money in Greece. I think I will do it if I decide to fly nonstop. Can't understand why flights to Greece are so damn expensive as it is!"

When I was researching Greece (as a possible place to live a couple years back) everything is just insanely expensive over there. Housing, food, travel.....it's all sky high.

Well the guy said he HOPES December 15. But I broke my lease anyway. It was up in January and I just want to live home and save for a while.

I am totally jealous - I've wanted to go for ages, but that seems like the only sensible solution money-wise unless you've got an insane income.

The sucky part is now that I DO have money I don't know how to spend it. I'm still in the poor mindset of "That's too expensive" with EVERYTHING.

Not necessarily a BAD thing, though. Could be a good time to just squirrel away money.

Yea I def want to save a lot now too for the future. So it does come in handy that I rarely buy myself things.
