When did you get your LO's hair cut for the first time? My guy is just a little past 1 year old but his hair is sort of out-of-control in my opinion. My husband doesn't seem bothered by it but it always gets food stuck in it and when he was sick it was sticking to his snotty nose--gross! But I'm worried that he won't be able to sit still for a haircut... he is a squirmer. :? Should I wait, do it myself, or take him to a professional?

Just tuck it behind his ears at meal times..... Boys with long hair are so cute !
When you cut it off you lose your baby and get a little boy. Lol

Lol thanks, It CAN be cute, if I brush it to the side, but in the back he's got a rat-tail.

Yep, that's what I do! :) I think I'm also just irritated by everyone, EVERYONE, thinking that he's a girl. *sigh*

OMG, so cute!

I wish LO's hair will grow... he's almost two and still bald.
As soon as it does grow though, we are letting it grow long. SO's hair is to the middle of his back, mine is getting there.

Isaac had an awful mullet, lol. We got his hair cut a month ago, I believe. Now that his mullet/almost rat tail is gone, I'm letting his hair grow back out. It should grow out evenly now with no mullet.
