Quoting A mother & wife:" This was back in 2008/2009 (beginning). Every time I call I get a voicemail. They have caller ID. Im ... [snip!] ... tired of trying. So I am certifying a letter. The attorney here is drafting it. I just need to find that law to attach it. "

You could always block the number, along with calling higher up. I know you'll get a response but have you tried looking up Repo laws or something along those lines. Maybe if you still have the papers from when you got the car?
