Tonight is a lazy night, and I'm making breakfast for dinner. Bacon, sausage, eggs and toast/pancakes..:)

What's for dinner at your place?

DH isn't home for dinner, so I made DD a sandwich and some fruit. I haven't eaten yet.

It is delicious :) I usually spice the bread crumbs with garlic, lemon zest and herbs.

Might throw in a side of Greek salad. I'm obsessed with it. :)

1 envelope of taco seasoing
16oz jar of salsa (I use a chunky kind)
6 chicken breasts

Add all ingredients into crock pot and simmer on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4. Just before you are ready to serve shred the chicken (I do this right in the crock pot with a fork). Serve on tortilla with your favorite taco toppings.

I feed a family of 7 with leftovers so you could modify the recipe and just do half of all the ingredients.
