Ok so my problem is I have NO credit. I've never had a credit card before, never taken out a loan, etc. The only things on my credit report, are two medical bills that I never paid. (Long story).

Anyways, is there anywhere that will give me a card? I've applied a few places, and I got turned down. I want to build some credit, for things down the road (like buying a house or a new car etc) and I'm really frustrated because I feel like I'm just stuck.

Already did. I would try again, but I was told that every time you get a credit check done by someone it 'hurts' your score... not that I even have a score that I know of lol.

can you get someone to co-sign you a loan at the bank? That is what I did to get credit. I got a loan and had someone that had credit to co-sign...it worked :)

I have the same problem. I was told that i have to get a secured credit card first so i can establish credit. So you have to pay $300 and then you get a credit card with a 300 dollar limit. It is NOT a prepaid credit card that you can buy at the store, those dont help your score

Eh I don't want to ask that of anyone, though. I wouldn't want to do it for someone else, honestly, you never know what could happen.

Your best bet is getting a secured credit card at most banks they are offered. You put down let say 500 dollars and that's the credit you can use once they see you can use credit and pay it back (which is usually 6-12 months) they give you your money back and give you a higher credit limit :)
