It would take me a long time to get over my disappointment which is why I am going to find out. I don't have a close relationship with my mother, it was never good until after I had my son. I'm just scared is all I think. Plus, I already have a DS so I know what to expect already ya know. It's probably a horrible thing to say though :(

'm in the same boat as far as the gender the second i found out I was pregnant and this one was/is to stay I wanted to find out the gender then when I had my ultrasound last week at 13+4 weeks I decided to not even ask. my next one is 13th march.
So me and the hubby have talked about finding out the sex and we had decided to keep it a surprise. You see with my first three babies (they are not my husbands one is dec I found out) sure I loved them all the same and were excited to look forward to exactly what I was having. Then my youngest (Mine and my husbands son we decided not finidng out untill birth I was looking forward to finding out the sex it was a great surprise at the end.

I just feel It would be a better surprise for me. Hearing "its a boy!" Or "its a girl!" And then my baby being placed in my arms, so amazing. I've heard awesome stories from mommas who have done It

:D Glad I'm not alone. I already have a name picked out too, nothing really for a girl. I had a name picked out for DS too last time and no girl names. I'm so lost when it comes to anything girl related. I don't even do my hair, nails, or make-up haha kwim?

I feel everything--quite uncomfortable! I just thought it was a weird comment & literally laughed when she said it. Like thanks??? lol
