How many of you had this issue after having your baby and if any of you chose not to breast feed, how long did it take for them to go back down to normal? I have been using ice packs for discomfort and to help with the swelling - via the baby center website. Any other suggestions?

If you are trying to dry up your milk cabbage leaves. Also Sudafed will dry you up. If you just want relief, hot showers snd nursing. Otherwise the swlling goes down after a few days.
