For two semesters, so one year. And I went the full four for my BA then my masters.

You have a master's degree and you're teaching high school history?

Uh yes? A masters degree isn't very special, but I make about 7000 more a year with one.

We started one for DD when she was born. I just put in what I can whenever I have spare money or if she gets money for her birthday, etc.

We worked our butts off putting SO through college and just paid off our loans while I was pregnant with DD. I haven't been able to go to school because we can't afford it and my parents never bothered to save for my education. I don't want DD to miss out on the opportunities that I did.

My grandparent's set up a trust for all of their great grandchildren for college, so DD is covered if she doesn't get a full ride.

No, we have however startd a savings fund for them, to use for something in the future that will better themselves, but that does not mean it has to be towards college, it can go towards their mission, starting a business, or college. As long as its something that will improve their future, they can use it for whatever they would like.

Not really, we cant afford to put alot away for them, so it will only be about 10,000 for each kid, but its something.
