i just take the fat off the top like i would if i was making broth for somthing.
It all rises off the top and is easy to spoon off :D

Allllll the drippings gross me out lol not just the fat! hahaha
So I drain it, shred it- throw it back in with some bbq sauce on it for like 25min or so on warm haha :P

ehhh atleast 4 hrs on high.. low and slow.. the longer it cooks the more tender it'll be

I do about 6-8hrs on low.. depending on the weight of the pork!

Okay. It's about 3lbs. I'll probably start it when I get home (5am) and leave it on low until morning/afternoon so we can have it for lunch :D

3/4 cup of chicken broth for every 2 pounds of meat and garlic and onions
