Is there anything natural that I could use to regulate my cycles? They seem to get longer and longer every month :(

I was going 50 days between cycles, and this cycle I started drinking Red Raspberry leaf tea, and it might have been a coincidence by I got my period at 30 days... red rasberry leaf tea is said to help regulate though.

Right now i'm at 43 days between cycles. I had one depo shot at the end of August '11 and it completely screwed me up. Where can you find the tea? Cause i'm down for anything at this point. lol.

Vitex is another thing I heard you can do. I don't have experience with it though because my cycles are normal.

B6! It's what I was put on after my m/c and I've had regular 28 cycles for the last 8 months now except for one where it decided to be 26 but I was under a lot of stress at the time.

Its just so freakin frusterating! I'm going to try the raspberry tea. Hopefully that helps. I'm not to sure about the Vitex, theres alot of bad reviews about it.
