Pick and choose. There are some things that are just not necessary in our part of the world. They may or may not be useful elsewhere, but there's either incredibly minimal threat by them (ie if they get it, the chance of death or serious complication is minimal with our good health and medical care) or the means of transmission doesn't exist (transmitted by a creature we don't have, or thrives in an environment not applicable, etc).

Ha so true! I know two people, one personally, who have polio purely from the vaccine. It's very sad.
