Ugh stubborn scale... Kristen Parris 2 kids; Virginia 1903 posts

I am very discouraged at the moment. I was 32 pounds down from my pre pregnancy weight. I had been at 187 for the past 5 or so months. I had to stop going to the gym because I was SO busy with school and wanted to spend what little free time I had with my son. I figured that and the fact that I stopped recording what I ate contributed to me not losing any more weight.

I have gained 5 pounds in the past 2 months! Well I got the xbox kinect and zumba fitness core for it and love it! Ive done it 5 times in the past 9 days and have watched what I ate and there is NO change on the scale!!

Any extra tips or cheap, easy meal ideas for me?! I need to get to my goal weight of 155-160 by this comming summer :-/ SO 35 pounds in 6 months... thats doable right? I'm starting to get so discouraged! Zumba is the only thing, exercise wise that has got me into exercising and it did help me loose 20 lbs in 3 months!

It's only been 9 days, don't stress. Just stay active and watch what you eat, the weight will come off eventually. I've been exercising/watching what i eat for a month and have only lost 10 lbs.

10lbs seems like a lot to loose in 1 month! When I first started exercising I lost 4 pounds the first week then 1-3 after that but definitely not 10! Lol I wish....

that's actually how i lost it. I lost 4 lbs the first week (i assume that was water weight) and then just a pound or two here and there. I exercise for about an hour each day, drink mostly water, zero soda only eat healthy foods during the week. On the weekend (or at least one day a week) I "indulge," but I still portion it. Like if I want a soda (since i don't have it on weekdays) I just buy a 24 oz so it's not in the house. I try not to drink the whole thing, and dump what's left the next day.
