Pre-k is free here. It's funded by the GA lottery. Which also be why it's only for four year olds. They can probably only afford to teach the kids for a year before sending them to public school for kindergarten. And EVERY daycare has a pre-k program. If your child is already enrolled in daycare, they have a guaranteed spot. If you choose to keep them out of daycare until they are old enough for pre-k, then it's based on a lottery. Obviously if they have less applicants than available spots, everybody gets a spot. But if they have more, there's a chance your kid won't get picked just based on random name drawing they do. All you have to pay for is lunch. And if you have Medicaid, they waive the lunch fee.

Daycare itself is $1,000 a month for infants and goes down incrementally from there as they get older.

Daycare is what absolutely kills my income. I can't live on my own at my current paycheck level because of daycare.

It's a little weird to come out of the bathroom at 7 am and see my baby staring at me like this.

:? Why come in and be negative? This poor woman is worried out of her mind, no need to come in and say "Well I couldn't breastfeed so you might not be able to." She was looking for reassurance.

so who else in here wants to do the weekly fitness challenge?

Im thinking we really only need 3 more people, more is fine, i just think if i open it to the general public we will be way too many people.. plus people i dont like.

so who is game?

it will be like this, one person picks their trouble area and has to come up with a weekly challenge, and we all do it together, whether thats your bad zone or not.. next week, someone else picks what to do, and so on.. kinda like monthly challeneges expect i dont have that much attention span to spare.

My feet hurt like they used to when I worked 12 hours shifts at the hospital. I haven't done anything, so what gives?

I had two boys. No more.
I wanted Tyler to be a girl though and I'm sad that I'll never have one, but I wouldn't trade Tyler for anything.

Who else is doing it? Megan(Pet Wussy) might want to do it, I know she's doing Atkins. So is Brandi, last I checked. So they might be up for it.

You could put his hair in piggy tails and pretend for a day. That's what I would do lol. Didn't your mom or someone buy him a little girl's sleeper? You could put that on him too  Or you could borrow my DD. She comes with tons of cute dresses.
