I did too!
I hated having the same name as her growing up.

 Every time I saw a pic of them together I thought "b***h DIEEEEE" I was such a psycho. My mom took me to an NSYNC concert when I was like around 10 or 11. I forget..whenever the no strings attached songs were out. I was crying and screaming so loud, I looked like a lunatic.

We were approved for a home loan. Sounds fabulous, right? The VA will ONLY approve us on houses 145k and UP. We don't want a house that expensive, not right now at least. We don't NEED a house that expensive, not in this area. But because of our good credit, and because we're second-time buyers (or whatever) we only qualify for their "level B" or something...which is a step above their level A, I'm guessing. Chris said he'd explain it all to me tonight, but I'm a little bummed.

I don't get it. So, townhouse it is. At least we know that in a few years when we're debt free we will be approved for a house without a problem. :? It just feels really odd to be approved, but for only more than what we're wanting right now. We could try for a conventional loan (which we now know would not be a problem.) But DH doesn't want to take that route.

I don't get it. Oh well, it is what it is. Hopefully he can explain it more to me tonight. And I suppose in a few years once we've paid off everything else we will just look at the 150 range if we really want to pursue a VA loan, or we'll just go conventional when DH feels ready.
