I do the rice diet. Basically all you eat is rice and fruit and only drink water.

do bicycle sit ups they work the ab muscles really well.

Are you breastfeeding? If not, I lost 30lbs by spending 1 hour a day, 5 days a week at the gym doing the treadmill or elliptical and I was on a 1400 calorie diet (through Myfitnesspal). It worked, I started in April and was at my goal weight by July.
