How long do you exercise for? What work out do you do? and how many rest days do you give yourself throughout the week?
I would run for about and 1 hour three days a week, and lift weights 2 days a week. Two rest days.
I run 30 mins every other night, and do 50 squats every night before bed.
I run for 30 minutes every other day.

I am just starting to run as well actually. I go about 4 times a week but I am worried that it isn't enough because I don't have a gym membership so I can't lift weights and only run for about 30-45 minutes not counting some of the core training I do at the end.
I guess my whole work out only comes to about an hour. Is that enough? D:
I work out an hour a night every night except Saturday and Sunday.
My schedule is like this:
Day 1: Stretch, warm up with cardio, lower body strength (abs, legs, lower back)
Day 2: Stretch, warm up with cardio, upper body strength( arms, chest, upper back)
Day 3 : Stretch, strictly cardio
Then repeat. I get rest on the muscles by not repeating the same exercise daily.

Yes! Squats especially, I really had no ass before I started doing them :lol: now I got a LITTLE bubble going on, if you do 50 squats every night for 30 days I promise you'll see results!
As for running, I see in difference as well :D
