That is awful and I really hope someone throws a b***h fit. Are they going to pay for these shops to be handicap accessible? No?
Quoting KNZ.:" Oh the existing two shops aren't being shut down, it's just a no-no to any new ones i guess. (otherwise i'm sure the shop owner wouldn't have had as nice of words to say in the article, ha) "
Okay....misunderstood. Still, I think it's stupid.

oh of course not. it's definitely dumb.
tattoo shops are 'bad' but bars, flea markets, etc etc are just..lovely.
And, no, that would never happen here. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say tattooed people overwhelmingly the non- tattooed here.
That's including people who have like, one or two small/medium pieces.
Oh, FFS! I think we have more important shit to worry about than where tattoo shops are located....
Unless the tattoo shops are really presenting a problem (which I've never heard of that being the case), I don't see why it matters where they're located. I sort of get it if they're the trashy, dirty-looking buildings that aren't well taken care of, but as long as they follow all the maintenance guidelines to keep the area looking nice I don't see how it could be an issue. The only ones that get denied or shut down should be for health/sanitary violations.
