I don't know why its so hard for me to keep the motivation to lose weight, when its the one thing I have wanted to do nearly all my freaking life. I sit here and just feel so tired, almost always have a headache and nothing goes the way it should around here anymore. Not that I didn't expect it to be this way with 3 children...but its just always something. Our oldest (3 and a half) is non stop all day and acts like a tweaker...grinds her teeth and pushes on them with her fingers and shakes like she wants to go crazy or something. She constantly slaps things around her over and over like she's hyper and ugh just constant shit.

That keeps me on edge all day everyday because nothing is working she just won't chill out and now I need to find out what's causing it. The stress gets to me more than it should and I find myself wanting to drink or just eat a bunch of shit that I shouldn't eat wanting to lose weight. I am so unhappy with myself that it affects my marriage and my mood. Its sad how disgusted I am with my own body I just want to be fit soooo bad but its the hardest thing I've ever faced it seems...

I don't know if this is just a rant or if I'm asking for advice or how you got through it but I needed to get it out.

Honestly, you sound like you're suffering from sever depression, and talking to your doctor about it could really benefit you and your family.

Your daughter sounds like a normal 3 year old.

Sometimes I do feel depressed but other times I don't...I don't know what to do about it though...I really don't wanna take any meds that could potentially cause other problems..

It honestly doesn't seem normal to me...plus she's special needs and goes to therapy and preschool. She's delayed, mostly in speech at this point.

People don't take depression medicine to cause other problems. They take depression medicine so they're not freaking out about their children being children and so they can have a healthy marriage.

It's normal, she's 3. 3 year olds do 3 year old random things.

I didn't mean it that way, I just hate dealing with the side effects of medicines.

I'd rather gain a few pounds than be depressed about my life. Not to mention that not all depression meds have side effects that include weight gain.
