i really want some!!! i know it's bad for you especially when ur pregnant but i looooove the stuff when i'm not. now i really want some! it's like how i've been craving seared tuna salad but can't have that either from it being raw..... what the heck?! the baby must want everything i can't have!

You're allowed to eat sushi while pregnant so I don't see why you can't have the tuna salad.

I think thats just a matter of opinion for different doctors. My doctor recommended against it, while others I've heard said its okay depending on the fish used. But I agree, tuna salad should be okay .

It depends on where you buy it. If its crappy grocery store sushi I wouldn't touch it. If its fresh you can eat it. Commercial fish are flash frozen when caught and it kills the bacteria.

most things are fine in moderation.
They say you shouldn't eat more than 6oz a week of tuna even when NOT pregnant.
Such a shame, it's my fav!

my obs have all told me 8oz/week while pregnant is fine. i ate with with both of my other kids and with this pregnancy. also at my internships we tell the patients 8oz.



whatev, i still eat it. just not a shitton.
