I dont even know how it is so easy to buy a gun in America.
Ugh.
I am never going there and will encourage my children not to when they are older either unless gun laws are made stricter.

Go where to America? It's easy to get a gun everywhere, not just in America.

No it is not.
In Australia we dont have 'mass murders' we havent in over 10 years!
My DH went to get his gun license for hunting game with his mates and they refused him because he had speeding fines and record from 'stealing' which never happened.
We have to have safes that are bolted to the floor, to hold guns while not in use.
You can only own a gun for hunting!
Not for 'protection'.
Its complete bullshit that it is so easy to get hold of a gun over there.

Dh and i are both getting guns for our 21 birthdays. I cant wait! Living around military bases is sometimes skethy along with me traveling back and forth home alone on the back roads, i already have pepper spray and a tazer but id feel safest with a gun.

Yeah, because it's not like people steal guns or get them illegally from OVERSEARS or anything like that. That never happens!

I think you should put boards over all your windows and doors and never leave your house because it might be to scarey for you.

No because I know our gun laws are alot stricter.
Yeah sure we have people getting shot in Australia but its nowhere near as bad as in America.
I live in the middle of nowhere anyways.
