I am so proud of my cousin. My moms side of the family has the obesity problem, but my dads side doesn't, so I have never had a weight problem, ever. Well my cousins dad's side has weight problems too, so she was kind of screwed :(
After two kids she was fed up and did NOT want her lifestyle to be like everyone else in the family. And she looks amazing now.

She started her journey with the Whole30 diet.
Then went paleo, and stuck with it.
And runs every morning.

It wasn't an easy "fix". She went from 220 to 148 and she is 5'9. It took her a year. Paleo isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change. She had to learn how to cook everything and it took a while but she is so healthy. I'm a twig, but being skinny isn't always healthy, she can whoop my ass in a sprinting contest hahah

What is the paleo diet? I'm trying to find a way to shred my last 25lbs ofpregnancy weight. I'm 6.5 months PP and lost 45lbs but the last 25 are sticking :(

Like I said, it's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change.
She doesn't eat ANY processed food, at all. Which is like noodles and rice and stuff. Nothing from a can or a box. She makes EVERYTHING from scratch that goes into her body. There is a whole website for paleo recipes. Once you figure out what is paleo and what isn't, it gets easier to cook. I'm still learning for her, for when I cook for family get togethers. I don't like to leave her out because everyone else eats queso and hot dogs and stuff lol
