So I ate like crap today, please don't judge.



For breakfast all we had to eat was one last slice of a small pizza
For lunch we were in a hurry so we went to McDonald's and I got a 3 piece chicken select and a chocolate chip frappe thing.
And for dinner I just ate Cambels chicken noodle soup, a banana, and half of a little bottle of 100% apple juice.



So I went to myfitnesspal.com and entered my food thinking it was going to say "Whoa there fatty" :lol:
And I STILL didn't exceed my daily limit. :shock:
I'm not saying what I ate today was healthy but would I really loose weight eating like that if I were to eat like that every day?

You may "lose" pounds but not show it. Keep in mind fat weighs more than muscle!

There is a lot more to losing weight then just calories. Eventually it would catch up to you. Not to mention your organs and such would be very unhealthy if you ate like that every day.

65 carbs
2 fat
and 5 protein

How many calories a day are you giving yourself? If you are like that everyday your body will not be healthy. Everything you are today is 100% fake processed food, not the fuel your body needs.




If you are in a hurry keep to go packs ready for you. I keep string cheese, almonds, and raisins in a baggies ready to go!

Your body wouldn't absorb as many nutrients so you wouldn't feel as healthy. And of course there's always cholesterol and blood pressure to worry about. Plus sodium intake you could retain water making it harder to lose weight.



But it's not bad to have a splurge day. But u can eat so much more and feel so much better when u eat healthy :)
