I would take pictures of the diaper you put her in, and mark the diaper in a place that isn't necessarily so obvious, such as the inner waistband, with the date and time. Then when she comes back, check, and if it's the same diaper, take another picture. After all that, I'd call DHR or someone and see what your options are at that point.

I would change LO's diaper.
Then when the father came for his next visit I would tell him that you noticed he didn't change her and that you put your initals on this diaper and you expect his initials to be on the diaper she comes home in.

Was it ONLY on for the 3 hours?

Cause she might have just made a HUGE pee 10 minutes before you got her back.

I would bring it up, but I wouldn't be pissed or anything

If he's generally a good dad and you don't have problems like this often, I'd bring it up and remind him to change more often.

Send an extra diaper? Maybe your kid drank a ton of liquid.

I don't know how old your DD is but Cora would hold her pee for hours and overfill just a few diapers a day.

She's 7 months. She never does that here...

I didn't/don't want to over react about anything...I'm just going to watch it and see if it happens again.

Full of piss or not you can tell if the diaper has been changed in 3 hours.

Don't daycares only change diapers every 3 hrs anyway?

Not trying to argue but you don't know if it was empty until the kid overfilled it.

It could have been empty and dry until 5 minutes before her mom picked her up.

Just giving the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn't overreact to something like this. Unless it happens again
