Exactly, they're a godsend! It does take a few goes for you to get the hang though! The first few times I wore my wrap DS slipped down (not out lol just didn't feel so secure) and I had to tighten it, it takes some getting used to to know how tight to do it so they are secure but still comfortable. I love the fact that if they are a bit loose that you can just undo where you tied it up and pull to tighten, so easy.
