DD LOVES Elmo. Every time she sees him she screams "Melmo!" Lol.

Anyway, I was thinking about doing her room theme in Elmo. Would it be too... I don't know, boyish? I had really been wanting to do a super girly theme (Hello Kitty or something of that sort) but I thought it would be fun to do Elmo/Sesame Street since she loves it so much. Wwyd?

I'd do it in Elmo, since she loves him. My DD loves Toy story, so we did her bed/sheet set & 2nd bday party in toy story. We cant do her whole room cuz she share it with DS

Do it! But, remember, she will outgrow it quickly.

That's what I'm worried about. She is only 18mo, but it's expensive to decorate a whole room, kwim?

You could always add zoey into it to make it more girly.

Oh yeah. We started with baby Winnie the Pooh, went to Dora, then Princess, and now DD is asking for something more grown up. I think we are going to do an India theme when I get home next year.

i would just do a plain color, maybe some removable wall decals. she can always change her mind. my son has mostly cars, but he wants cars and angry birds and toy story. but when we were looking at toy organizers he ended up picking cars.

and my son calls him "melmo" too. :)

That's what I'm thinking. I was going to get her the Sesame Street table and chairs next month, and the toy organizer or bookshelf/toy organizer. I couldn't find any Sesame Street bedding sets, though. They have the toddler bed but I don't want to get that really. :? I'll have to think on it.
