I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have been having horrible cramps all day!!! They are
in my lower abdomen, kinda feel like period cramps... What could this be? I am also fighting a cold so I don't know if that could be the cause... There isn't any blood or fluid and no irregular discharge... Any ideas? I have never been through labor before with my other children so I have no idea what real contractions feel like.. I know these are BHs though. Thanks!

Are you dehydrated? I'd drink some water, and relax for a bit...see if they calm down.

Real contractions = Period cramps.

Call L&D. They will probably want you to go in.

I called L&D they asked if they were time able, and said that I need to wait til I can time them before coming in.. But I don't know what I'm supposed to be timing!

Make sure you're drinking tons of water! & you time the time between each contraction, so if it's like 5 min apart each time then you need to see if the pain intensifies, if it doesn't, they're reg BH contractions if they do, go into L&D because you could be in pre term labor
