Quoting kr.r:" What I don't understand is why he'd be going to Heaven in the first place, being a skeptic before the ... [snip!] ... could be proof either way, hence the whole faith thing) - then he probably wouldn't be heading up to be with his Maker, yeh?"

I just finished his book. I believe he is currently practicing Christianity but his experience was not Christian based at all. Especially when he had the experience in the Void. The theory that skeptics or unbelievers won't journey to heaven is no longer true. People of all walks of life has journeyed there. Beliefs are of the brain but the soul is not a believer but rather a knower.

How do you explain the fact he saw his biological sister in heaven before even seeing her picture later on? Unless he was lying this cannot be explained away as delusions of the brain

There is nothing to be saved from. God is everywhere. There are lower vibratory realms that can be perceived as Hell but no one is sent there. It is just a temporary spiritual state of existence a soul might experience while it is still carrying negativity but once it chooses to leave help comes immediately

You might find his other youtube interviews to be really interesting. There are a few that are hour long interviews in which he describes the entirety of his experiences. The first part in which he was in a lower level place somewhat unpleasant that he refered to as the Earthworm Eye View but eventually moved into higher realms eventually making it to the Void

Not something you, or anyone, can say as fact. None of us know the truth, but we are all entitled to our beliefs and our faiths.

I will be glad to. What I am really waiting for is him to eventually appear on George Nory's show Coast To Coast radio. He always asks the guests great questions. Here are 2 links. Enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYZoX4N5_YQ

OP have you read Heaven is for real? (Or Heaven is real?)

Nobody can say for certain whether or not this truly happened or was a hallucination, but we will all find out one day won't we?

I'd explain it by saying he is probably lying to sell a book.
