...should I do to target these problem areas:
*lower back and sides (love handles)
*hip and thigh
These are my major problem areas. Everything else just needs toning. I have knee and back problems, so anything that's gentle on those I will do. :) TIA!

cardio. running, swimming, fast walking.
Now-a-days, Many of them are not spare much more time for doing execrises at gym. Recently, One of my friend said about how to build muscle with bodyweight exercises and self-resistance. I very much impressed with the details which are explained. Execrise makes our body in perfect shape and also helpful to take proper diet.
i went to the gym and worked out 5 days a week.. i avoided cardio because i pole danced at home & that was my cardio.. at the gym i did the free standing crunches and would do 50+ of those.. and 10 sets of 5 on each machine i did.. i did the hip flexor, leg press, ect. most the time they have pix of what they target.. i can't for the life of me think of the names.. but i lost 36 lbs doing all that
