I had an emergency csection with my son. And now I'm 4 weeks pregnant with #2. Sometimes if I move positions suddenly or twist weird, I get a sharp pain in my csection scar area. Is this normal or something I should bring up to my doctor?

That's what I figured. I've just stopped making sudden moves. Lol. Is it because the scar tissue doesn't stretch?

just went to the dr a few months ago (before I even got pregnant) because my csection scar was hurting. she even ordered a ct and they said everything was fine. just stretching can cause it to hurt. I found out last week that i'm pregnant w/ my 3rd pregnancy, and both previous have been C-sections. the stretching pain will get worse before the end, but it is normal.

Not what I wanted to hear about the end being bad but I expected it :( is there anything that can help it? Just so I know in advance. Lol.

nope.... not really since the pulling/stretching is from the inside

Well crap :( does it hurt more than recovering from the csection itself?

Definitely not! The stretching isn't pleasant, but it doesn't hurt. Recovering from a csection is much worse.
