This past week has been insane for my family. Lots of traveling and lots of family that we visited. While visiting my DS had a lot of bottoes and I nursed him here and there and at night. I think doing that has wrecked my milk supply. I also messed up in the fact that when he did get a bottle, I never pumped. We are all done with the holiday visits and now I'm nursing on deman again. I dont think im producing enough for my LO anymore. Before this past week I could satisfy his appitite but now I only feel a let down in my left side (side he had aleays preferred) and he gets upset and squirmy after not even 5 minutes of feeding on each side. So I end up giving him a 3oz bottle and he noms it down fast and then he seems fine. He has been BF/FF since the hospital but I always tried to BF as much as possible. Now I'm pretty sure I've wrecked things. Can I up my production again by just trying to keep on nursing him so my body realizes im not weening him? Or should I just try mothers milk or fenugreek to hopefully help up it. Im pretty much kicking myself in the ass for this. I was around a lot of family and just felt uncomfortable BF'ing around them. I dont know why i didnt just excuse myself to another room or get over my weird self since pretty much every woman in mu family had BF. this was a half question half rant :(

Just keep nursing on demand and it should build up your supply in a few days:)
