I forgot how much the produce department costs. I spent atleast 1/3 of my budget there. :(

I know. And we just had to slash our grocery budget. I'm going to have to be super creative.

So I haven't posted here that much but I just wanted to say that I lost about 10 pounds since I last weighed myself. I don't have a scale but when I come to my friends house I like to use their scale when I use the bathroom lol and last time I was here was a few weeks ago and I weighed 146. Now I just weighed myself and I'm 136. Not sure how I lost it I haven't really changed anything yet besides not drinking soda as much. I'm just in a pretty good mood right now and wanted to share :)

I'm addicted to weighing myself

I can't help it. I literally weigh myself at least 3 times a day. I have literally been like this for the past 3 years or so. I weigh myself when I wake up, then after I eat before I go to work, then I weigh myself when I get home from work, then I exercise and then weigh myself afterwards, then if I eat something before bed I weigh myself right before I go to sleep

I can't help it!

Then our scale had broke a couple times and I had to wait until pay day to buy another one and I literally got depressed because I felt like I was gaining weight but I didn't have a scale to weigh myself or anything :?

Yeah I am crazy I know

Good job K Bear with cutting out the sodas!

and congrats Mikeyz momma on the weight loss!

I on the other hand keep getting more and more bloated :( I don't know why I am so bloated, it is seriously shocking me and depressing me. I have never gotten this bloated before. I feel like everything I eat and drink is going straight to my stomach and staying there :?
