My abs are so sore, it hurts to cough or even sit up. But I'm loving it because it means my workouts are working! :)

Im a slacker and havnt been posting. Ive been eating ok. Havnt started working out really yet.
I saw something on the news briefly this morning that said there could be a link to drinking too many sweet drinks a day...such as pop....could lead to depression. Just another reason to stop drinking so much pop

I'm with ya :x

I'm going to have more body image issues after weight loss than I did being overweight :( but at least things will be better from a health standpoint.

I'm happy with the way I look in clothes but I want to pour bleach into my eyes when I look at myself naked  I'm very squishy and flabby and I'm sure alot of that can be taken care of once I start making my lazy self start exercising, but I think my tummy area will always be problematic unless I get a tummy tuck, lol.

that's an interesting find, wow! do they know why depression is linked to that? is it just sugary drinks? or just overload of sugar in general? or maybe it's not the sugar at all but rather something else that is common to those types of drinks? hmmmmm

anyway, congrats on staying on track with your eating :D

and on a positive note, I've broken the 160 plateau and I weighed in at 159.6 this morning :D I know it's not much below 160 but I'm glad to see it!
