feeling faint and sick ALL the time, 30weeks pregnant Harriet Philpott Due March 11 (boy); 48 kids; United Kingdom 36 posts

Hey everyone :) I'm 30weeks pregnant, for weeks I've felt sick, faint and tired but it's getting worse every day. I feel faint all the time, even when I lie on my side. And I'm sick a lot or nearly sick. I find it hard to breathe sometimes, and my heart goes really fast when I feel faint. I have to sit down when I get like this, else I probably would faint. I've said to the doctor/midwife about it they said it's normal, but it's getting worse each day. I take iron tablets (in my multi vitamin tablets) I eat enough little and often and I drink enough. I've had low blood pressure throughout my whole pregnant, not sure if this is causing it? And if it is what can I do to stop feeling like this all the time :(

i get that way all the time! keep hydrated and make sure you eat. sugar helps me get back to normal. so eating things like fruit will help. i always keep granola bars with me just in case i'm out.
