These are some raw food recipes I found.

I love raw zucchini noodles and tomato sauce.
I use romaine lettuce wraps to make sandwiches all the times instead of bread
I read one for macho cheese recipe which is

There's lots of different diets for everything. The one diet I'm hearing the most on these days is the paleo diet.

There's diets for different blood types, personalities, everything. I saw a book on it once.

Everything these days is processed to the hilt, there are so many additives, technically NOTHING is good for you anymore unless it's grown straight from the ground.

It's mostly about reading ingredients. We usually buy hormone free organic dairy, but most the kids are on soy or almond non GMO milks. We eat primarily gluten free organic. Unprocessed. To me that's the best. With out grains, I couldn't live on raw veggies alone and meat, I'd officially starve to death. I can't even eat beef and I feel like I'm starving to death.
