Sit up's, Crunches, leg lifts (when you lift both legs at the same time) if you feel it in your lower tummy it's working for the tummy area then ;)

Cardio. Any type of running, jumping, dancing, to get your heart rate up. You need to burn calories.. but also do crunches & sit ups to help build the muscle WHILE you're losing the pounds.

Cardio to burn the fat and then straight leg raises, reverse crunches, oblique twists to tone.

Like workouts?"when you find out let me know lol i was walking 2 miles a day and cleaning apartments going up and down stairs etc and still didnt lose like i thought i would before i got pregnant again good luck and hope you find something that works for you and when you know tell me im gonna need it after i have this baby lol
