Lmao you just sound ignorant in my opinion. I'm glad I entertain you. Since you stopped reading at my last post but keep responding. Would you like to be further entertained?

I am not only aware about my food but I am aware of a lot like: I don't use regular cleaning products with chemicals, I use natural products. I use natural body and hygeine products. I don't vaccinate bc me, my lo, my mom and dad all had severe reactions. I don't use flouride and have regrown toot enamel. What? Yes proven by x rays which I detoxed from after with kelp. I dont drink flouride in my water.

I also practice no cio, I breast-fed and supplemented with organic formula from Germany, I don't spank, I have started elimination communication, I use herbs and vitamins as midicine, I do baby wearing, I co slept and do chemical free wipes and diapers. I'm studying homeopathic medicine. I go to chiropractors and so does my lo.

I am a natural, crunchy, hippie momma and proud of it.

Your ignorance is entertaining as well. And I'm sure you will only keep responding bc you feel the need to bash. Go ahead, bash some more of my beliefs.

It's like you can't stop yourself. Do you not have people to talk to about all of this so you post reply after reply on here? I don't need to know every holier than thou detail of your life...no one does.

Oh you are not entertained anymore. Hmmm

Looks like you keep not reading my replies but keep responding

It is my post. You came to it. I'm only replying to your responses and hoping to entertain you...is it not working?

honestly, the more and more i read of this the more she keeps saying her 'holier than thou' allegations the more she sounds just flat out jealous of you.
i am sorry about what I said in your last post...i thought you were talking about an all raw-meat diet, lol. I do think she's jealous because in a sense, I am envious of you too. I admit, I am intrigued by your lifestyle. I think a lot of it makes sense...and I also admit that I AM lazy. I KNOW that I should cut out 90% of the shit we eat and clean with, etc. I know a lot of the science behind it but not nearly enough. I also think until I've gone to medical school..I can't really think that I know more than doctors and I do know for a fact they spend more than 2 weeks on nutrition. I'm in LVN school and spent more than 2 weeks on nutrition. Ok now I sound rude again, not my intentions. Just stating that.
I guess sometimes I just feel like SOME ignorance, is bliss. So I try not to worry too much. But on the other hand, I do wish I could go all, or mostly natural.
My son has milk and egg allergies so he already eats better than me, SO eats fast food everyday, and I am about 40 pounds overweight. I do wish I could do it, but I am too lazy and broke.

Although I did almost text a crunchy mama I know today to ask her what I could use for my son's cold that has been lasting and lasting, and it almost seems like asthma now, as well as an eczema breakout. But I saw on her instagram a picture of some natural cold stuff just couldn't read what it was and didn't want her to know I creeped through her instagram haha.
What do you suggest for that? He already gets a multi-vitamin..

Thank you for that :) I think I challenged everything she is taught to believe and it scared her. Just as the documentaries she watched did. But it is easier to look the other way bc it is scary and overwhelming. It is easier " to just eat a chicken nugget" and not think about it.

And I.understand. I have known a lot of these things got many years but I thought, hey it can't really be that bad. And the government can't or wouldn't do things to harm us. I kind of looked the other way. But it wasn't until my daughter had a vaccine reaction that I started there then one thing led to another. I was very overwhelmed at first and my family thought I was crazy. I started showing them info. Also I wanted to be healthy, if not me, my daughter. I was appalled at what they put in baby food and products. I wanted to give my daughter a fighting chance. I did little things at a time, one at a time. I started small as with my diet. When I ran out of bleach I bought white vinegar instead. When my plastic tupperware broke I bought glass, one by one. I used to eat bad so let's say I went to wendys. I would get a chicken sandwich and fries only water. Or a burger and a salad. I substituted little things a day. Instead of 2 cokes a day I had one. It is best to have little goals and not overwhelm yourself bc it is stressful.

I was disgusted about the things I learned about the government but really it makes sense. The government is a business and a business needs profit and longevity. Their goal is less people and to get money from the people that are here. That is what they do. It is up robust to.be educated enough not to allow them to make us part of their plan. When I.buy veggies and fruit I buy organic. But honestly I buy 80% veggies and fruit now. If you substitute things like beans, nuts, seeds and produce for processed food its about the same but again.start small.

You are right about doctors. My whole family is in the medical field lol but I think they mean well just aren't taught properly lime of your ph is regulated then you won't have many health problems. Also that food causes a lot of issues bc of all the modoficatins. I don't trust many doctorate but most have good intentions. I go not know more than them at all but I know some different things.

As far as the cold how old? I would do vitamin d3, c ( sodium ascorbate) cod liver oil and maybe some gse. Goot(which is crushed garlic, olive and coconut oil) can be rubbed on the feet and chest for cough and congestion. Stinks though. A less crunchy approach is baby vicks on the feet. Its nor that good bc of pteroleum but hey it works. Raw honey or honey without fructose is good if over a year. Cool.mist humidifier. Dairy promotes mucus. Limit sugar even fruit while sick. It promotes yeast and sickness loves that. Fresh smoothies add spinach.

i will have to write back to that all tomorrow cause my eyes are barely open but i am interested in your cold remedies...and i know that dairy promotes mucous but he is allergic to all milk products. he drinks coconut milk (would do a combo of almond and coconut but we are afraid of nut allergies). we have a cool mist humidifier but our apt is extremely humid as it is and we already have a but of a mold problem. he is 14 months so i could do the honey, and will limit sugar. and he loves spinach! I will make him a smoothie with fresh spinach tomorrow.

Also everyone thought I was crazy but the info I show them and more result, now people come to me asking for help, ideas or recipes. My dad brags about his organic veggies now :) for Christmas he was like here is the sweet potato pie and its organic and wasn't that much more expensive. It got my grandma saying that veggies need to be organic and then talking about nitrates in processed pork and how when.she was young they had fresh raw milk and butter from grass fed and free range cows. They ate fresh grass fed meat from a local butcher and local produce from a farmers market. That was normal back then. Food has changed since then.

My friends are asking me the difference in kinds of juicers and what supetfoods to.put in smoothies. If they have an ailment they ask me things to do if their meds don't work. I helped cure my friend's ulertive colitis by going gluten and dairy free. She didn't have insurance and her steroids were $800 a month which she would have to take daily. My friend was getting migraines from aspartame that is in all chewing gum. I just got rid of my lo ear infection with garlic and olive oil in the ears. The doctor prescribed zithromax which I did not give get. The goot is helping her cough which is gone. She is just draining now and full of mucus. I.never expected any of these herbs to work. I thought it was quackery but they really do. It is amazing what things from uninterrupted nature can really do.

I have a lot to learn and I make mistakes. I give in to "easy" sometimes and I have a long way to go. But I don't let it overwhelm me. I do one little thing arcade time.

Yea I'm.thinking of going almond milk too but I haven't given her nuts yet but I love all nuts so I hope she will not have a nut allergy. Try steaming up the bathroom and maybe that will help :)

You seem a little obsessed. If youre so worried grow your own produce, get a couple of chickens and a goat. Stay away from the supermarket ... Its not that hard.

I don't shop at the supermarket. There are plenry of heakrhy food choices if you know what to look for. And my question was how you feel about the documentaries if you watched them before.

Thank you for that observation. Do you think about or care what is in your food? Have you watched any of the documentaries and do you havevan opinion on them?

That is pretty awesome.

Have you seen any of the documentaries?

What do you mean meat in season? I've never heard of that

I've seen the documentaries. I think most of that crap is quackery. I do eat healthy, but it's a religious diet based on thousands of years of Ayurveda and honestly, some of the stuff you use I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.
