Eh. It's better than my first, lemme tell ya! :) You'll get better, just learn your settings and such.

Also, if you're going to use your on-board flash, look up something called a lightscoop. It bounces the flash on the ceiling so it looks more flattering. :) Probably still not as great as an off camera flash, but it works pretty well imo. :)

Just practice, practice, practice! :) Ya gotta start somewhere right?

Also, I can only see the first and last photos. :) Also, all I have is the first Rebel put out, I forgot the make of it or whatever and the "nifty fifty" lens. It works well for me! I'm saving for one with zoom to use outside when Julia's playing and we go to the zoo, stuff like that. :) But even with my VERY outdated, circa 2002 camera, I can take decent pictures. I still have issues with my hands shaking, but when I can get a tripod, that will help me out some. :)

Yes, he is a Flame point and a retired breeder, he's from a breeder in Canada.

I would stick with what we talked about and work on shooting in full manual mode, no flash. You'll be satisfied with the 5100 and a 50mm lens :)
