I'd go for a nice walk or maybe some stairs for a little bit... But not over due it.. If its labor then it should slowly help it progress and if its just Braxton hicks then your body will be even more ready when it's time or labor

That happened to me! and not to scare you, but it kept coming and going and i was actually in labor for 4 days(early labor where it was coming and going for 2 days of the 4)! Take a hot shower, and if you have an exercise ball, sit on it with your legs quite far apart and roll from side to side. Also doing squats is really helpful. These are all tips my Labor and Delivery Support Therapist gave me that really helped. (and of course walking too! )Exercise ball will help ease back pain as well! Good luck!!!!

very well could be! but dont worry, when i tell people how long i was in labor they freak out but in all honesty, it REALLY wasnt that bad, and i didnt take any drugs. You'll do great. Just keep active and nap when you need to. I just was always doing something while i was awake and then when I got to tired, I'd nap and then get up and do stuff again! Got to remember you'll need energy for the harder parts!!
