Quoting MamaCass+3:" I was in the same boat. They almost hospitalized me b/c I was dehydrated and my body was basically in ... [snip!] ... They gave me the zofran as a last resort kind of thing, and thankfully it worked well enough to keep me out of the hospital."

Sadly, with the Zofran.. Medicare only covers for 20 pills each prescription. So, 1-2 pills ever 8 hours a day, they run out pretty quickly. So, I was out within 10 days. If I want anymore, I have to pay 70$ for them.

Oh man that sucks :(

I guess I was pretty lucky. With insurance I paid $5 and got 3 refills. But I also got the off name brand. Something that starts with an O.
