lol i usually chop my hair off, with my husband we broke up 1 time, literally the next day i was like cutt it... off!!! went from bra strap length to A-line... 2 weeks later we got back together i put extensions in lol, i said i had to marry this guy i dont want to keep breaking up with fools, and messing with my hair lol

Stay focused. Take your children out and do something. Maybe go out with some girl friends for some spa/pedi/mani/whatever you generally do time. Exercise helps create happy endorphins, or so my cousin told me.

i think spending time with your family or a support system is a great way to get over a breakup. it helps me a lot
