I'm not much help, but for starters don't eat anything processed. Don't buy those frozen meals that all have 50% DV of sodium to each serving, lol. Get some low sodium V8 juice to drink for snacks. I really enjoy hummus with fresh snap peas and carrots to dip in it for snacks. Slowly stop your soda intake. Start with drinking one glass of water in replacement of a soda and every couple of days replace another soda with water. I can't say anything about the coffee because I always have to have a cup in the morning....I might go get another cup right now, lol..... Get fresh fruits, like banana's, oranges, apples, avacados, etc. You can cut up the apples and dip them in peanut butter! There's lots of protien and good fats in peanut butter (try getting the "natural" peanut butter instead of the over processed "regular" kind). I buy frozen veggies (usually green beans, peas, and mixed veggies) and just microwave a serving at a time. ummm...idk what else, lol

I gag at the sight of V8 juice, but I really like Cranberry Pomegranate. Lol

You only spend $50/wk on food? how many people are you feeding?

It's not bad, you should try it! I'm sure it still has lots of sugar but it is better for you than soda. There are a lot of different flavors.
