My 4yo started the day off extremely bad. I can't seem to get my good mood back today. I am at the end of my rope with my 4yo. Everything he does and says is annoying the crap out of me. I feel like I have been raising my voice and yelling all day. He keeps deliberately doing things to get on my nerves.. I HAD to put the kids down for a nap to get some type of relief before I lost it today...

Anyone ever feel like this? In retrospect I always feel guilty afterward, but mannnn, this kid can push it!

f**king click happy self... Lol

I think all parents feel this way at one point or another.. If they tell you they haven't at least ONCE, I firmly believe they are bullshitting.

Try to regroup while you can, and before you start yelling calm yourself down, take a few breaths and try to stay calm.

I've been there but honestly they feed off your mood and attitude. He probably just needs more attention and stimulation, keep him busy. Hes doing those things to get your attention even if its negative...

I have felt like this A LOT lately... I have my kids 24/7, never have a break, and DH works crazy long hours. Its been over a year since I've had any type of break...

I am worn out...

I'm right there with you. I'm a single mom, getting divorced ( seems like an oxymoron lol). There are days where I cannot handle my children, and I'll be the FIRST ONE to announce that. Somedays they just get on my nerves and push just the right buttons.

I just try to remind myself, as much bullshit as it sounds, that they are young, and I will never be able to get THIS day back, so I MIGHT AS WELL TRY to handle it the best I can.
