I want to make my son some healthy smoothies.
I have : coconut milk (he's allergic to cow's milk), spinach, frozen berries, and a banana.

Will this taste okay? Or should I add some juice to it?
Also...for a snack later on would it taste bad if I put an avocado in it? He won't eat them but I really want him to so I thought it may be a good way.

No juice it will taste good without it and yes you can sneak veggies in and they will never know ;).

I love my blender! I make smoothies in it everyday. Other veggies I use are
Spinach, kale(sp), sometimes carrots. If you pick one veggie to throw in usually you can't taste it but are still getting the nutrients from it :).

If you get a chance check out pinterest (no need to sign up) if you have never been.
They have a ton of smoothies for kids that are lactose free etc....fruit and veggie smoothies. I make smoothies made for babies and toddlers for my 11 month old that she loves. Even hidden veggie soups lol
