I get a whole 30 min break for lunch. Whoop de doo! Is it pointless to eat and then go walk for 15 mins, since it takes about 20 to get your heart rate up and "count"? Or should I save my time and just work out at home later? I was planning on later anyways, but should I just skip walking?

Every calorie burned adds up. I'd do it!

I've also never heard it taking 20 minutes to count. I've always seen every 5 minutes of elevated heartrate has a ton of benefits.

Really? I've always heard 20, so that's great! Maybe I will then. Even though it's in such a bad neighborhood! I work off the 10 and 17, near the convention center/fairgrounds are! Yikes.
