Alright ladies. Today, let's do 20 push ups :)
There are three ways you can do these. They are not always easy. You can do 20 traditional push ups.

Wall push ups are nice for anyone who has knee problems. Thats what I do

My legs are so sore. Not as bad as I thought but very sore. My arms and chest are still sore from Sunday. :(

I did 30 beginners.. My arms hurt so bad from this boxing video I've been doing.



I never knew about wall pushups. I'll have to add that into my daily routine!

If you can do them against a counter, you get a lower angle and they work a little harder. I did the beginner push ups today. I'm about to hit the gym in a a couple hours.

You can do wide arms, normal arms, and close arms too!

My legs kinda sore but I think they are more sore from Zumba I swear I did 50000000 squats today!

Oh, I'm sure my arms will be dead tomorrow just from that. :lol: I haven't worked out since, uh, last summer haha...I have been taking walks pretty consistently though. :D
