I'm forever trying to lose weight...but now I'm in a time crunch... We're leaving for a vacation to Disney World in Florida in only three weeks and I want to do as much as I can in that short time, so which workout would you ladies do during the three weeks: 30 Day Shred (last time I did it I lost 11 lbs...) or 60 min of Zumba per day? I thought about a month of Insanity, but last time I did that I didn't lose ANY weight the entire month... :? Don't know what was up with that.

Anyway, any thoughts/tips? Which workout do you think would yield the best results?

google which ones burn the most calories if performed correctly. i believe its zumba.. im not sure tho

Zumba is a hell of a lot of cardio. That's exactly what you need.

I would do a combination of 30DS and Zumba.



Monday, Wednesday, Friday = Zumba
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday = 30DS
Sunday = "rest"

start off w/ a ''colon cleanse'' product. you can have more than 10lbs of ''junk'' in your intestions. Once you clean your system out , increase your water, fiber, and protien intake. These steps will give you more energy and make any workout you choose to do more effective.
