I did zumba twice a week for a little over a month and i lost 15 pounds... Then they changed the instructor at the y and i didn't like her enough to continue going... I swear by zumba though, i need to get back into it.
Try detoxing! Juice all your fruits and veggies and drink ONLY that and water. Nothing else, no solids.
